Yasmin Morris. My first contact with her was via phone inquiry. The inquiry related to a purchase we were very Interested in purchasing, however was not in stock. Yasmin immediately made arrangements for a sample of the stock to come to the Salisbury store ( within days). The suite was not exactly what we had in mind, however Yasmin gave us the time and space to browse the many other suites available. Her bright personality made it a pleasure to business with her. Just before Christmas I had another delivery from Lavita for an outdoor lounge and I absolutely love it. Sunny opened my eyes to another couch, that is definitely much better than my original thoughts. Sadly I couldn't get one of pieces up to my apartment, due to the length, however John and his partner tried so many different ways to get this through the stairwell. I could not thank the both of them enough for trying. Even though I have half the lounge and the ottoman, i know i wont be where I am forever but the lounge is such quality, it will be at the next place as it is also a style that wont date. Anyway, I am so happy and I am thankful for such a persistent delivery team. The fact that you tried was more appreciated that you realise.

We purchased a new outdoor table and chair setting and outdoor lounge from Lavita Furniture Salisbury. The staff were all great and the products are exceptional quality - after extensive searching elsewhere, we managed to find exactly what we wanted at Lavita. What was extra special was that we needed to undertake a renovation to our outdoor space ahead of the delivery of the furniture. Yasmin and the team were really happy to hang on to our purchases until we were ready for delivery (and this was weeks - thanks Yas!). When we were ready for delivery, Yasmin sorted the delivery for us straight away, and the crew installed and set up our new purchases then took all the empty cartons etc away. No need to even do a dump run to the recycle plant. I can highly recommend Lavita Furniture - go and chat with Yasmin, she will sort you out.

I drove two hours to get to Lavita Outdoor Furniture. I was greeted by a lovely young man named David. I had looked at their lounges on-line but thought it best to come into the store and try them out. David was very happy to show me around and new his craft. I advised him exactly what I was after and he showed me a lounge suite that would suit my house as the space was not very big. I ended up buying the lounge David recommended and was able to try it out in store. It is so comfortable and exactly what I was after. As we went downstairs I asked about the outdoor furniture, once again David was a fantastic help and I purchased a 9 piece outdoor table & chairs. The transaction went very smoothly. David explained about shipping & time it would take for my lounge to be made & how long before I receive my purchases. I left the store extremely happy and give credo to David for his outstanding customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased my outdoor sofa today and am expecting delivery soon. So far my experience with the company has been excellent. David (the manager) is very personable and professional. From selecting the item through to sorting the finer details and then purchasing, all was easy and very well handled. Excellent so far, I look forward to receiving the sofa.

We were looking for some new loungers for the pool and Lavita had a terrific selection and the warehouse had samples of each type to try out. We received excellent service while we were at the store and after ordering them the shipments came sooner than expected with great communication.
